We’ve found it helpful to:
1. Become clear on why it’s important and the potential impact of doing it vs not doing it
2. Identify an obstacle by asking yourself- “If I haven’t done this in the next 2 weeks, what would have gotten in the way?”
3. Break it up into micro steps and ask yourself “what is the smallest next step I can take to begin making progress?”
4. Get some support (whether it’s for accountability, expertise, or a connection to someone who can help you get it done)
5. Consider automating this activity in the future.
